CANCÚN, Q. ROO.- Para combatir el delito de despojo y erradicar la impunidad en ese ámbito, el Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE) del Caribe, la Cámara Nacional de la Industria de Desarrollo y Promoción de Vivienda (Canadevi) y la Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI) firmaron un convenio de colaboración con la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE).

Además de estas instituciones, también participarán la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública, Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social, el Registro Público de la Propiedad y la Mesa Ciudadana de Seguridad, señaló Miguel Ángel Lemus Mateos, presidente de la AMPI, quien dijo que se están generando las bases para que la sociedad tenga una certeza jurídica sobre la tenencia de la tierra.

Explicó que se pretende evitar el despojo de bienes inmuebles y que los legítimos propietarios o poseedores no se vean afectados por estos delincuentes o estructuras criminales que operan como empresas.

“Que nos den el efecto vinculador que busca la Fiscalía para que las víctimas de despojo puedan atender las querellas adecuadamente, no como venía sucediendo anteriormente. Hacer una agenda de trabajo, un diagnóstico de la situación, sentar las estrategias con las que tenemos que trabajar y dar las acciones específicas que tengamos que hacer sociedad y autoridades, y que realmente logremos esa certeza jurídica”, expuso Lemus Mateos.

Al respecto, el fiscal general Óscar Montes de Oca Rosales abundó que la firma de esta coordinación refleja el interés que existe tanto de la dependencia que encabeza, como del gobernador Carlos Joaquín González por atender este delito que afecta particularmente a los municipios de Benito Juárez y Tulum.

Dijo que los alcances de esta colaboración se traducen en que no tendrán que esperar hasta una denuncia, sino que bastará con que alguna de las instituciones informe sobre un hecho para que se inicien las indagatorias, pues recalcó que este delito no solamente afecta a la sociedad y su patrimonio, sino que inhibe la inversión por parte de la Iniciativa Privada.

“Tenemos un problema de despojo que afecta a la propiedad privada y todo lo que conlleva, y que este va desde el despojo violento, despojo furtivo, cuando no hay nadie en el terreno y se apropian de él, con el uso de documentos falsos y con el uso de las instituciones”, detalló el fiscal general del estado.

De acuerdo con el Secretariado Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Pública, hasta el 30 de junio del año en curso, en Quintana Roo se han presentado 455 denuncias por despojo, en 2020 se contabilizaron 611, y en 2019 fueron 712.
